After spending many years in the pharmacy and wellness industry with a focus on functional medicine, she developed a strong foundation in understanding how our environment directly impacts our well-being. Now, through Aligned Home Group, she has merged her passion for health with real estate—because she believes true wellness starts at home. Her mission is simple: to help individuals and families find homes where home and health align.
Her roots in real estate run deep—raised by an engineer and builder with nearly four decades of experience, she developed a sharp eye for design, functional spaces, and environmental safety from a young age— learning what makes a house not just beautiful—but genuinely livable. After experiencing mold illness firsthand, she became passionate about helping others avoid the hidden dangers of “sick homes.” This experience shaped her niche: guide clients in buying and selling homes that are not only beautiful, but also support health and wellness - spaces built for the way people live and thrive.
At the heart of everything she does is her daughter, who defied odds as a pre-term baby, and was born as the world faced the early days of COVID-19. Being her mother is her greatest honor and the inspiration behind her dedication to safe, healthy living spaces. When she is not with clients or coaching in her other business Prescribed Success, you’ll likely find her at the gym, on horseback—a passion she has had since she was seven—or refinishing vintage furniture and restoring its natural charm. She is proud to bring a holistic perspective to real estate, helping clients find homes that truly support the lives they want to live. For Nina, real estate isn’t just about property—it’s about people, purpose, and peace of mind.
